WP7 devices are just getting released and if you want a good deal head on over to Amazon Wireless. Although the price doesn’t show until you add to your cart WP7 phones show up when filtering by “Penny Phone”. If WP7 isn’t your cup of tea yet you can also pick up a Droid or BlackBerry at the same price point. You’ll most likely have to commit to a 2 yr contract but it’s hard to pass up a penny.
