Do you have a Windows Phone 7 device? Have you taken a close look at your usage lately? There have been reports that some WP7 phones have been sending data over the carrier network when it shouldn’t be. This can be really concerning if you have a limited data plan. Some speculate the reason is devices are sending feedback to Microsoft.
“We are investigating this issue to determine the root cause and will update with information and guidance as it becomes available,” said a Microsoft spokesperson.
