Verizon is the first US network to implement LTE (actual 4G). Initially they lit up 38 markets and they plan to have completed the rollout by 2013. The folks at BGR (via DroidLife) were able to get a list of cities that Verizon will get LTE to by the end of this year. I was able to sit in on a regional Verizon briefing recently and they felt like they would be able to get their 4G network up quicker than scheduled. Let’s hope AT&T gets on the ball soon as big red will have more than half of the country covered before they get one tower outfitted with 4G. Is your city in the below list?
